CoreAllianceTM Developers Boards are small groups of between 8 to 12 owners and CEOs of small businesses with revenues from $0 to about $3 Million with around 7 employees or less. This is a 12-month program and a pre-requisite to joining our Accelerators Boards. Your “Path To Profits” covers critical skill building in business disciplines for companies at similar growth stage and size on one hand, and problem solving of specific issues dear to your heart on the other. Board Members get together in person with your Developers Board for 4 hours each month and in person or over the phone with your business buddy each week for half an hour or so.
CoreAllianceTM Builders Boards serve business owners and CEOs of small businesses with revenues between $3 Million and $20 Million in small groups format of 8 to 12 Board Members. This is a 12-month program, a pre-requisite to joining our Accelerators Boards. The format is the same as our Developers Boards but the emphasis of the “Path To Profits” is different given different growth challenges.
CoreAllianceTM Accelerators Boards serve graduates of our Developers and Builders programs. Our “Path To Profits” continues to diligently break you out of your core growth constraints while we introduce fresh and SMART content with topic experts and thought leaders each month to enable you to stay ahead of the curve. SMART is defined as Specific, Manageable, Actionable, Relevant and Timely.
